The wiki page that you refer to was updated in late December to include an “Extended Security Maintenance” section which clearly shows the “End of Life date” as being April 2028, that is 10 years after the initial release of Ubuntu 18.04.

The packages that will be supported have yet to be confirmed but the link against Ubuntu 12.04 ESM gives you an idea as to the extent of that 10 year support.
