Hello Ubuntu people
I recently just updated eoan to devel and received this warning when i ran apt-get update as sudo :
W: Conflicting distribution: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu devel-proposed InRelease (expected devel-proposed but got eoan)
Is this normal?
This is perfectly normal.
If I’m not mistaken, devel is just an alias for the upermost release.
Nowadays, it’s eoan.
I get the same message, being also a happy user of devel.
It helps smoothly transitioning from release to release, at the time a new release is going out.
