Nvidia driver for GT 610 and GTX TITAN X

I have a Ubuntu 16.04 system with both GT 610 and GTX TITAN V installed. Until now, I was using nvidia drivers 390 for the system. But recently I upgraded to nvidia 396 (for Anaconda tensorflow-gpu) and now my displays are not working. I’m able to ssh to my system from outside and I can see that both GPUs are listed as hardware

user@supermicro:~$ lspci | grep NVIDIA
02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [GeForce GT 610] (rev a1)
02:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation GF119 HDMI Audio Controller (rev a1)
03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM200 [GeForce GTX TITAN X] (rev a1)
03:00.1 Audio device: NVIDIA Corporation Device 0fb0 (rev a1)

but nvidia-smi lists only TITAN X:

user@supermicro:~$ nvidia-smi

I appears that GT 610 is not supported with new driver version. My understanding is I was using GT 610 for my display and TITAN for my other purposes.

How can I fix this display problem? Is it possible to make display use TITAN X? I use my computer for training deep learning models and TITAN was used previously exclusively for this. Is is possible to do both display and training with TITAN at the same time?

Nvidia driver 396 does not seem to be a supported package in Ubuntu.

Please revert to the supported driver version 390 and report any future bugs in Launchpad instead:
