Nano current line number display

I know I can set -l option to display script lines.
I am having small issue when I try “copy and paste” - it copies the line numbers too.
There seems to be a “command” to turn the line numbers on / off but I have not found the instruction (on bottom status lines) how to do it.

So - is there a way to have dynamic display of current line to make navigation easier when option -l is not used ?

I’ve moved this to the https://community.ubuntu.com/c/support-help-requests category because this site isn’t designed to take tech support questions. Sorry. I’d recommend using one of the official support channels listed on the https://community.ubuntu.com/t/finding-help/712 page.
