Boot partition recovery

Good morning and thank you in advance.

I’ve got a ubuntu ssd with three partitions:
Boot partition
Ubuntu Partition
Swap partition.

I have a new laptop and I wanted to just plug my sdd drive, but new laptop doesn’t recognize the drive.

Trying to fix the issue with boot-repair I have worsen the situation.

I need help to recover the boot partition (UEFI would be even better) but I don’t want to lose my ubuntu that is 9 versions old (since version 9 till version 17)
