Ubuntu Server Host for local clients Windows 10

I have a powerful Ubuntu Server running I9-7630x processor with a raid 5 Red Pro drive setup. I use it mainly for Plex and Ripping my Blu-ray movies.

Is it possible for a client pc to boot windows 10 from the Ubuntu server or use it as a cloud to run windows 10 software?
I know it’s possible, I just don’t know where to start.
