Ubuntu not responding when install

Hi friends
I need your helps I’ve latest version of ubuntu 17 I burned it to usb by rufus
now when I see the third step to install 3rd party software when I click next the installer not responding
I clicked check and uncheck bot nothing happening
So please I need your help
